AI coding tools have made it easy to build something real without necessarily having the experience to judge whether it’s actually safe to ship — secure, architecturally sound, ready for real users. Most people in this position fall into one of two camps: risk-averse but unsure how to self-assess, or aware there’s probably risk somewhere but with no way to locate it. Today the default is blind trust in the coding agent’s own “this is production-ready” claim, shipping anyway despite doubt, or not evaluating at all — there isn’t really a competing service filling this gap, it’s more of an absence.
This starts as a flat-fee, one-time written report: a hybrid of AI-assisted analysis and human review covering security, architecture, scaling, and UX/accessibility gaps, delivered with honest, prioritized guidance — including how a client could fix things themselves rather than needing to hire further. It’s meant to work for both solo builders who’ve shipped something real without thinking of themselves as founders yet, and non-technical hobbyists who built something for personal or community use and just want peace of mind before sharing it wider.
Positioned as a funnel rather than an open-ended commitment: a calibration-priced first batch of reports, with contracting, mentoring, or referrals to trusted developers as natural next steps once real client patterns are understood — not a subscription or standing retainer.
